New England Clam Bake Pie
|Canned clam chowder||19 Ounce (Chunky New England)|
|Bacon slices||4 , cooked and crumbled|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
1) Take a medium bowl and beat eggs until foamy. Gradually stir in chowder, hot pepper sauce, bacon and onions. Pour the mixture onto a greased 9-inch pie plate.
2) Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until center is set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
3) Serve warm with crackers.
