Grape Chiffon Pie

This simple Grape Chiffon Pie is just the way any chef would make it. Follow this extremely simple and quick way to make this Grape Chiffon Pie and WOW your friends and family!
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grape juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Graham cracker crust 8 Inch
Directions

Soften gelatine in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Combine grape juice, sugar, lemon juice and salt and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add gelatine and stir well.
Chill until mix- ture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into cracker crust.
Chill until firm.
Makes one 8-inch pie.
