Meat 'N Tater Pie
Ground beef - 1 pound
Milk - 1/2 cup
Dry onion soup mix - 1/2 envelope (3 tablespoons)
Pepper - dash
Allspice - dash
Loose-pack frozen hash-brown potatoes - 1 package (12 ounces), thawed
1. Preheat the oven to 350°
2. Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry
3. In a large pan, combine the meat, milk, soup mix, pepper, allspice and mix well.
4. Tip this into a pastry plate and top with potatoes place the top crust on top of the potatoes and seal the edge. Flute the edge
5. Cut a design into the top crust and bake for one hour till brown.
6. Serve warm with catsup.
