Grahan Cracker Pie Crust
To make the graham cracker pie crust shown, place twentygraham crackers in a plastic or cello- phane bag, roll into fine crumbs.
Pour crumbs into a bowl, add one- quarter cup of sugar and one- quarter cup of softened butter.
Mix ingredient* with blender Pour crumb mixture Into a nine- inch pie plate.
Set an eight-Inch pie plate on top of crumbs and press them firmly into an even layer against bottom and fides of pan.
Bake in moderately hot oven (375 °F) for eight minutes.
Take out and cool before filling.
