|Vanilla pudding and pie filling mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Rum extract||2 Tablespoon|
|Baked coconut pie crust||1|
Prepare pudding mix as directed on package.
Add brandy and rum extract.
Cool about 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Turn into coconut pie crust.
Chill well before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
