Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Graham cracker crumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Low fat cottage cheese 16 Ounce (cream style)
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Strawberries 10 , halved
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Heat oven to 350°F.

MAKING
2) Use hot water to rinse an 8 1/2 inch glass pie plate and dry.
3) Grease the bottom of the pie plate till all the butter is used.
4) Sprinkle over with graham cracker crumbs and gently press down to create a crusty layer.
5) Add the cinnamon, cottage cheese, cornstarch, vanilla extract, lemon juice and eggs and blend till smooth.
6) Spread over the crust and place on middle shelf of oven for about 30 minutes and cool.

SERVING
7) Garnish with strawberry halves and serve.
