Squash Pie

Here's the Squash Pie at its very best! A combination of fully hearty ingredients make this Squash Pie incredibly delicious. Of course, it's surprisingly easy to make!
Ingredients
  Cooked squash 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unbaked pie shell 1
Directions

Mix squash, sugar, salt, spices and molasses.
Add eggs and milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a hot oven (425° F) 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes one 9-inch pie
