|Sliced apricots||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Quick cooking tapioca||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Line a 9-inch pie plate with half the pastry.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Cover with top crust.
Bake in a hot oven (425°F.) 40 minutes.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
