Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 1 Small
  Lean lamb 6 Ounce, minced and cooked
  Tomato juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Beef bouillon cube 1
  Dried onion flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery flakes 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2) In a saucepan, cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water, until tender.
3) Pour off the water from cauliflower and mash until fine.

MAKING
4) In a saucepan, mix together lamb, tomato juice, water, bouillon, onion flakes, pepper flakes, celery, seasoning, herbs and paprika.
5) Heat the lamb mixture to boil.
6) Put the lid on and simmer for 15 minutes.

FINALIZING
7) Pour the mixture in the baking dish and spread the cauliflower on the top.
8) Dredge the cauliflower with paprika.
9) Bake for 15 minutes.

SERVING
10) Serve the Shepherd's Pie hot.
