Potato Pie Shell

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Medium, finely shredded
  Egg substitute 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canola oil 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Coat a 9-inch pie plate with butter.
2) Place the potatoes in the pie plate.
3) In a small bowl, combine together the egg substitute, oil and flour.
4) Pour over the potatoes and pat the mixture in the bottom of the pan and up the sides to form a crust.
5) Broil about 8 inches from the heat for 15 minutes, or until bronze.

SERVING
6) Serve hot as a side dish.
