Ingredients
  Colby cheese 1 Ounce
  Whole wheat toast slice 1
  Pumpkin pie spice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Fresh blueberries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Puree the blueberries and sweetener in the blender until smooth.
2) Spread the toast with the cheese.
3) Dredge the bread slice with pumpkin spice.

SERVING
4) Place the toast on the serving plate and spoon the blueberry puree over it.
