Shrimp Pot pie
|Canned chopped mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Small onion||1 , minced|
|Shrimps||1 Pound, cooked|
|All-purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked diced potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pastry||1 (Recipe Using 1 Cup Flour)|
1 In a skillet, add 2 tablespoons butter and cook mushrooms and onion in it for 5 minutes.
2 Add in the shrimps.
3 In another pan, prepare the white sauce using the remaining butter, flour, salt, pepper, and milk.
4 Pour the white sauce over shrimp mixture and add in the remaining ingredients except the pastry.
5 In a 1-quart casserole, transfer the ingredients and top with the pastry.
6 Bake in a preheted oven at 425 degrees fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
7 Serve hot.
