Old Fashioned Buttermilk Pie
|Unsalted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|9 inch pie shell||1 (Unbaked)|
Preheat the oven to 300° F.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
Stir in the eggs, flour, buttermilk, and vanilla.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake until the tip of a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center, about 45 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
