Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients
  Pie crust mix 11 Ounce (1 Box)
  Prepared mincemeat 1 Quart, mixed with 1 jigger brandy
  Brandy 1 1⁄2 Ounce, mixed with mincemeat (Prepared)
Directions

Prepare 2 pie crusts as directed on package.
Place 1 in 9-inch pie plate.
Fill with heated mincemeat and brandy.
Cover with other half of pastry.
Crimp edges together.
Bake according to package directions and until crust is lightly browned.
