|Prepared mincemeat||1 Quart, mixed with 1 jigger brandy|
|Brandy||1 1⁄2 Ounce, mixed with mincemeat (Prepared)|
Prepare 2 pie crusts as directed on package.
Place 1 in 9-inch pie plate.
Fill with heated mincemeat and brandy.
Cover with other half of pastry.
Crimp edges together.
Bake according to package directions and until crust is lightly browned.
