Spectacular Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (About 16 Squares)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Coffee ice cream/Flavor of your choice, 1 Pint, softened
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Pint, softened
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Half and half cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, walnuts and butter; press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in pie plate.
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Spread coffee ice cream over crust.
Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Repeat with vanilla ice cream.
Remove pie from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
For sauce, combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan; cook and stir over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from the heat; slowly stir in cream.
Cook and stir 1 minute longer.
Remove from the heat; stir in walnuts and vanilla.
Serve warm over slices of pie.
