Swiss Tuna Grill

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can, 184 Gram)
  Grated cheese 4 Ounce (125 Gram, 1 Cup, Swiss Or Gruyere)
  Shredded carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Rye bread slice/Whole wheat bread slice 12
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, softened
Directions

In mixing bowl, combine tuna, cheese, carrots, celery, green onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix gently; divide filling evenly and spread over 6 bread slices.
Top with remaining bread slices.
Spread soft butter on outer surfaces of sandwiches.
In skillet over medium-high heat, brown sandwiches lightly on both sides.
To serve, cut sandwiches in half.
