Swiss Tuna Grill
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can, 184 Gram)|
|Grated cheese||4 Ounce (125 Gram, 1 Cup, Swiss Or Gruyere)|
|Shredded carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
|Rye bread slice/Whole wheat bread slice||12|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, softened|
In mixing bowl, combine tuna, cheese, carrots, celery, green onion, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix gently; divide filling evenly and spread over 6 bread slices.
Top with remaining bread slices.
Spread soft butter on outer surfaces of sandwiches.
In skillet over medium-high heat, brown sandwiches lightly on both sides.
To serve, cut sandwiches in half.
