Mixed Vegetable Pie

Ingredients
  Mixed cooked vegetables 1 Pound (Like Carrots, Peas, Beans, As Available)
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled, sliced
  Hard boiled egg 1 , sliced
  Cheese sauce 1⁄2 Pint
  Cooked mashed potato 1 Pound, well seasoned
  Grated cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

1. Mix the vegetables, tomatoes, and egg together with the sauce.
2. Put into a fireproof dish and cover with the potato.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, in a moderately hot oven (375°F - Gas Mark 5).
