Mixed Vegetable Pie
|Mixed cooked vegetables||1 Pound (Like Carrots, Peas, Beans, As Available)|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled, sliced|
|Hard boiled egg||1 , sliced|
|Cheese sauce||1⁄2 Pint|
|Cooked mashed potato||1 Pound, well seasoned|
|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1. Mix the vegetables, tomatoes, and egg together with the sauce.
2. Put into a fireproof dish and cover with the potato.
3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, in a moderately hot oven (375°F - Gas Mark 5).
