Quick Coconut Pie
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
2) Take 2 pie pans and melt butter in it.
3) Take a bowl and beat eggs in it.
4) Add sugar, vanilla and flour. Beat the mixture well.
5) Stir in coconut along with milk. Mix well.
6) Pour the prepared mixture into the pie pans.
7) Bake for about 45 minutes or until filling is completely set.
8) Serve with whipped cream and fruits, if desired.
