No Crust Brownie Pie
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||5 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ice cream/Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Lightly grease an 8-inch pie pan; set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix eggs with sugar and melted butter.
Stir together flour, cocoa and salt.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into prepared pie pan without a pie shell.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool before cutting into wedges.
Serve plain, with ice cream or with whipped cream.
