Cherry Delicious Pie
|Fat free cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Powdered sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Reduced fat ricotta cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen reduced calorie whipped topping||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thawed|
|Low fat graham cracker crust||1|
|Canned reduced calorie cherry pie filling||20 Ounce (1 Can)|
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until mixed.
Stir in the ricotta cheese until well combined.
Then fold in the whipped topping.
Spread the mixture evenly in the crust.
Then carefully spread the pie filling on top.
Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
