Puny's Lemon Pie
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Canned sweetened condensed milk||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned frozen lemonade||6 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)|
|Fresh lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared graham cracker crust||1|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioners' sugar||2 Tablespoon|
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk and stir until smooth.
Add the lemonade and lemon juice and mix well.
Spoon the lemon filling into the prepared crust and chill until set, at least 4 hours.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip the cream with the confectioners' sugar until stiff peaks form.
Serve the pie with whipped cream on top.
