In a mixing bowl toss together crushed wafers and butter or margarine till well combined.
Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
In a large mixer bowl beat marshmallow creme and creme de menthe with an electric mixer till smooth.
Fold in candy.
In a small mixer bowl beat whipping cream till soft peaks form (tips curl).
Fold into marshmallow mixture.
Spoon into the crumb crust.
Freeze, uncovered, for 1 to 2 hours or till firm.
Remove from freezer.
Seal, label, and freeze.
To serve, unwrap frozen pie.
Set the pie plate on a warm, damp towel.
