Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope, Scant)
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned mashed pumpkin 16 Ounce (1 Can, 2 Cups)
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fructose 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Low sodium low fat milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt free prebaked pie crust 1 (Perfect Crust)
  Salt free pie crust 1 (Prebaked, Perfect Quality)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2.Place walnuts on cookie sheet .
3. Bake for 8 minutes. Take care not to burn them.
4.Keep aside.
5.Add gelatin in cold water and let stand for 5 minutes.
6.Add in boiling water and stir to dissolve gelatin.
7.In a blender put the gelatin mixture and add all remaining ingredients, but the walnuts and crust.
8.Blend to frothiness.
9. Let stand so that it becomes thick.
10.Now, pour into baked pie shell.
11.Place in refrigerator until firm.

SERVING
12. Slice and serve.
