Peppermint Fudge Pie

Ingredients
For crust
  Refrigerated pie crust 1 , softened
For filling
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chocolate pudding and pie filling mix 4 Ounce (1 Box)
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Food color 2 Drop (Green/Red)
  Peppermint extract 1 Teaspoon
  Green food color/Red food color 2 Drop
  Frozen whipped topping 2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed
  Shaved chocolate 2 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
  Chocolate shavings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 450°F; Make the pie crust in a 9" glass pie plate

MAKING
2. Bake for ten minutes till light golden brown, cool completely for half an hour
3. In a medium saucepan, mix together the milk and pudding mix and let it boil over medium flame, stirring all the while
4. Turn the heat off, mix in chocolate chips till molten; place a plastic wrap directly over the surface of the pudding nad refrigerate till just cooled, say forty five minutes
5. In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, peppermint and food colour on medium speed of an eletric mixer
6. Add one cup of the whipped topping into it and spread it over the cooled baked shell; stir the cooled pudding mixture and sread it over the cream cheese mixture
7. Spread the remaining one cup of whipped cream over the pudding layer and garlish with shaved chocolate; refrigerate till chilled

SERVING
8. Serve chilled
