Ingredients
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Unbaked pie crust 1
  Eggs 3 , well beaten
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Pour into pie crust, sprinkle some sugar on top; bake until firm in a moderate oven.
