Ingredients
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut
  Mashed potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Instant)
  Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat vegetable oil hot; saute onion.
Add beef, mushrooms & all seasoning.
Stir & cook until beef is browned.
Add tomato paste & broth; cook at a simmer for 10 minutes.
Add beans, & pour into a bake pan.
Spread mashed potatos over top, sprinkle cheese on; brown lightly under broiler.
