Diabetic Strawberry Angel Pie

Ingredients
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries/Fresh strawberries 750 Milliliter (3 Cups)
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Packet)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Egg 1 , separated
  Artificial sweetener 70 Milliliter
  Sugar/14 aspartame tablets, crushed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant skim milk powder 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Ice water 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Graham cracker crust 11 (9 Inch)
  Graham cracker crumbs 200 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Melted butter/Margarine 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine graham wafer crumbs, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Press into a 1-litre (9-inch) pie plate or 2-litre (8-inch) square cake pan or 23 centimetre (9-inch) spring form pan.
Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before filling.
If desired, reserve 25 millilitres (2 tablespoons) of the crumb mixture to sprinkle on top of the filling.
Makes a 1-litre (9-inch) pie crust, 8 servings.
Each serving 1/8 crust excluding filling; 1/2 starchy choice; 1 fat and oil choice; 7 g carbohydrate; 1 g protein; 5 g fat; 77 calories.
