Raisin And Dried Peach Pie

Ingredients
  Dried peaches 2 Cup (32 tbs), stewed
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Tablespoon
  Peach juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Pie crust pastry 1 , unbaked
Directions

Stew peaches to soften, then chop up.
Add raisins, sugar & lemon juice; stir together in a saucepan.
Heat to boiling, add mixed peach juice & cornstarch, cook until creamy.
Pour into pie crust, and cover with top crust.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 430 degrees.
