Raisin and Dried Peach Pie
|Dried peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs), stewed|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Tablespoon|
|Peach juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pie crust pastry||1 , unbaked|
Stew peaches to soften, then chop up.
Add raisins, sugar & lemon juice; stir together in a saucepan.
Heat to boiling, add mixed peach juice & cornstarch, cook until creamy.
Pour into pie crust, and cover with top crust.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 430 degrees.
