Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
  Rhubarb 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Agar agar flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Whole strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  9 inch baked pie crust 1 (No roll Type)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium saucepan, add rhubarb and apple juice and allow to boil; simmer until the rhubarb softens, saye five minutes
2. Sprinkle agar-agar on top, along with honey and simmer for another five minutes; turn the heat off and allow to cool down a little
3. Add strawberries and, when the mixture cools and begins to set, add strawberry rhubarb mix into a prebaked pie shell

SERVING
4. Chill and serve
