1)In a pan, heat oil and fry onions.
2)Add ground beef and sprinkle flour. Cook until beef browns.
3)Add little water and simmer until beef is done.
5)Take a casserole and put the beef mixture in it. Place egg slices over it.
6)In a pan, heat oil and cook corn on low heat. Add enough milk to prevent burning.
7)Stir in salt, pepper and oregano and mix.
8)Spread the corn on beef and sprinkle sugar.
9)Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
10)Serve corn pie hot.
