Whole Wheat Cornmeal Pie Crust

Ingredients
For crust
  Whole wheat pastry flour 175 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Whole grain cornmeal 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Corn oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Water 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare a 9-inch (23-cm) pie plate by greasing it

MAKING
2. Tip all the ingredients into the pie plate and mix well
3. Toss the ingredients with a fork till they are combined
4. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of the pan
5. Bake as required

SERVING
6. Cool the pan and serve immediately
