Coffee Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients
  Chocolate squares 2 Ounce (Unsweetened, Two 1 Ounce Squares)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Confectioners sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), sifted
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
  Pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Instant coffee 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
2) Mix the ingredients well.
3) Add milk into sugar.
4) Stir in chocolate.
5) Add coconut and mix.
6) Butter a 9" pie plate and press the mixture on the bottom and sides of it.
7) Chill.
8) In a bowl soften ice cream and mix coffee and pecans into it.
9) Spread the mixture in the pie shell.

SERVING
10) Decorate with pecan halves on top and chill.
