Chocolate Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla creme filled chocolate cookies 18 , crushed
  Marshmallows 8 Ounce (35 Large Sized)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green creme de menthe 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White creme de cacao 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Chocolate 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Select a 9-inch pie plate
2. Tip the butter into it and microwave on High for 40 seconds
3. Add the crushed cookies mixture to the pie plate and mix well
4. Press the mixture into the bottom and the sides of the pie plate to form a shell
5. Cook this shell on High for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or till done
6. Set aside to cool

MAKING
7. In a large 2-quart bowl, place the marshmallows and milk
8. Microwave on High for 2- to 2-1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy and begin to melt
9. Stir the marshmallows well till the mixture is soft and mixed
10. Cool for several minutes
11. Pour in the liqueurs and stir well
12. Cool the mixture till it is partially thickened
13. Whip the cream and add it to the marshmallow mixture
14. Spoon this mixture into a cookie-lined plate
15. Chill in a refrigerator till firm

FINALIZING
16. Garnish with additional whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.

SERVING
17. Serve cold
