|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce|
|9 inch pastry shell||1|
|Chili with beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant onion||1 Teaspoon|
Cut green peppers into five 1-inch rings; remove seeds.
Parboil for 5 minutes in salted water; drain.
Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pastry shell.
Place pepper rings over cheese.
Spoon chili into pepper rings.
Combine eggs, milk and instant onion; pour around pepper rings.
Bake in 375-degree oven for 35 minutes or until set.
