Lemon Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine sugar, cornmeal, flour and cornstarch; stir in eggs.
Add milk, lemon juice, butter and lemon rind; mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 30 minutes longer or until filling is firm and lightly browned.
