Mince And Potato Pie
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, finely chopped|
|Minced beef||8 Ounce|
|Cream of oxtail soup||1⁄2 Can (5 oz) (1/2 Tin)|
|Potatoes||8 Ounce (About 3 Medium Sized Ones)|
1) In hot fat, fry the onion for about 5 minutes to soften it. Add the beef and cook till it has browned.
2) Stir in the oxtail soup, add seasoning and bring the mixture to a boil.
3) Boil the potatoes and with a fork, mash them and add the seasoning. Add the milk and butter and beat till the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4) On top of the cooked meat, fork the potato mixture.
5) Serve hot.
