Cabbage Leaf Pie

Ingredients
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooking apple 1 , peeled, cored & sliced
  Cabbage leaves 3 , blanched quickly to soften
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Over the bottom of a high-sided pie dish flatten the cabbage leaves.
2. Combine together the flour, eggs, cream, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
MAKING
3. Into the batter fold the apple slices and pour into the cabbage leaf mould.
4. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon brown sugar
5. Bake in the top of the oven at 425F/220C for 20 minutes.
