Banana Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
  Pie crusts 2 (9 Inch)
  Rhubarb 1 Pound, sliced
  Bananas 3 Medium, peeled
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine rhubarb, bananas, sugar, orange juice, flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; turn into pastry-lined pie plate.
Dot with butter.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place top crust on filling; cut vents.
Bake 15 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer, or until pie is brown.
Cool completely.
