Summertime Banana Pie
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Vanilla wafer||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla instant pudding mix||100 Gram|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
1. In a large bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, walnuts and butter and then press the crumb mixture firmly against bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.
2. Mix the milk and pudding mix and beat well for about 5 minutes with rotary beater.
3. Gently pour this cream into pudding. Arrange bananas in crumb crust; pour pudding over bananas.
4. Chill for several hours before serving.
5. Serve chilled
