Yankee Doodle Dandy Pie
|Vanilla pudding mix||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Graham cracker pie crust||1 (8 Inches)|
|Strawberries||25 , hulled|
1. Following the instructions on the package to prepare the pudding mix. Take off from heat.
2. Cream vanilla and cream cheese to a smooth mixture and fill the pie crust. Place the crust in the refrigerator for 3 hours to overnight.
3. Take out, line the outer edge with strawberries, placing 1 large strawberry in the middle. Fill rest of the area with blueberries and serve with whipped cream [optional].
