Frozen Neapolitan Pie
|Chocolate graham cracker crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (About 7 Rectangular Cookies)|
|Reduced calorie stick margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla fat free frozen yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Strawberry fat free frozen yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Fat free chocolate sundae syrup||2 Teaspoon|
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine in a small bowl, and stir well. Firmly press graham cracker crumb mixture evenly into bottom of a 5-inch springform pan coated with cooking spray.
2. Spoon vanilla yogurt onto crust, spreading gently; cover and freeze until firm. Spoon strawberry yogurt over vanilla yogurt, spreading gently; cover and freeze until firm. Drizzle syrup over pie just before serving. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Cut pie in half, and serve immediately.
