Blueberry Pie Deluxe

Ingredients
  Fresh blueberries 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Heavy sweetened cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Baked pie shell 9 Inch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan boil 1 cup of blueberries in a cup of water and sugar
2) Strain the blueberries, reserving the liquid
3) Add the cornstarch to the liquid and boil in a saucepan continually stirring till thickened
4) In a large bowl place the blueberries and squeeze the lemon juice and pour over the blueberries
5) Allow to cool
6) Place the whipped cream in the pie shell and spoon the blueberry mixture atop
7) Place in the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours

SERVING
8) Serve chilled
