Gourmet Style Fish Pie

Ingredients
  Cooked white fish 1 1⁄2 Pound (700 Gram)
  Bechamel 425 Milliliter (1 3/4 Cups)
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, mashed (700 Gram)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (100°C).
Flake the fish and mix it with the bechamel sauce.
Season well, adding a pinch of cayenne pepper and the anchovy paste if you are using it.
Turn the mixture into a deep pie dish and cover with the sliced eggs.
Beat the potatoes with the egg, cream and a little grated nutmeg.
Pile it over the fish mixture or squeeze it over using a large-nozzled pastry tube.
Sprinkle with melted butter and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown on top.
