Gourmet Pumpkin Pie
|Pumpkin||430 Milliliter (Use Canned)|
|Brown sugar||125 Milliliter, packed|
|Eggs||2 Small, beaten|
|Evaporated milk||250 Milliliter|
Roll out the dough and fit into a 9" (23 cm) pie shell.
Flute the edges.
Place the pumpkin in a sauce pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Blend in the sugar, honey and spices.
Remove from heat.
Whip in the eggs, milk and the water.
Stir until smooth.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 45 minutes, or until a inserted knife comes out clean on the side.
