Very Blueberry Pie
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Blueberries||4 Cup (64 tbs), drained, rinsed (Fresh / Dry Pack Frozen)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|9 inch baked pie shell||1|
Make a smooth paste of the water, flour and salt.
Boil 1 cup of the blueberries with sugar and water.
Add the flour paste and stir until it thickens.
Remove from stove and cool.
When cool, add the remaining blueberries and put into baked pie shell.
When cold, garnish with sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping.
