Doubly Delicious Cream Pie

This doubly delicious cream pie is a wonderful dessert to end your meal with. It's a perfect treat for all those with a sweet tooth.
Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mix- ing bowl.
Rub in butter till mixture is like fine crumbs.
Gradually add cold water to bring to a firm dough; roll out on a floured board to 1/4" thickness and line a greased 8" pie plate.
Crimp edges.
Prick pastry all over with a fork.
Brush with a little milk.
Bake in a hot oven - 450° F - for about 15 minutes.
Delicious Cream Filling: 1 pkt.
