Doubly Delicious Cream Pie
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mix- ing bowl.
Rub in butter till mixture is like fine crumbs.
Gradually add cold water to bring to a firm dough; roll out on a floured board to 1/4" thickness and line a greased 8" pie plate.
Prick pastry all over with a fork.
Brush with a little milk.
Bake in a hot oven - 450° F - for about 15 minutes.
Delicious Cream Filling: 1 pkt.
