Healthy Pecan Pie

  Eggs/Equivalent egg substitute 3 , slightly beaten
  Sugar substitute 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Suitable For Baking)
  Dark honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter substitute 2 Tablespoon, melted (Suitable For Baking)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  9 inch whole wheat pie crust 1
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In medium bowl with fork, beat eggs slightly. Add sugar substitute, honey, butter substitute and vanilla; stir until well blended.

3. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.

4. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

5. Cool on wire rack.
