Cranberry Apple Pie
|Pastry||1 (For 9 Inch Two Crust Pie)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Apple pie spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced pared tart apples||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Fresh cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Ocean Spray)|
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a bowl, stir together sugar, flour, and spice.
In pastry-lined-pie pan alternate layers of apples, cranberries, and sugar mixture, beginning and ending with sugar mixture.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust.
Cut slits in crust; seal and flute edges.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
