|Light corn syrup||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Unbaked 9 inch pastry shell||1|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a bowl beat eggs with a wire whisk or fork.
2) Mix salt, butter, syrup, sugar, and vanilla.
3) Transfer to pastry shell and sprinkle pecans on top.
4) Place in oven and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
5) Decorate with whipped cream in any design you desire.
