Pineapple Pink Chiffon Pie Filling

Ingredients
  Strawberry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Pint
Directions

Dissolve both gelatins in boiling water.
Chill until syrupy.
Whip cream; continue beating, adding gelatin gradually.
Fold in pineapple.
Pile into crust; chill.
Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
Chill until firm.
